Membership at St. Luke's

Your presence at St. Luke's is very welcomed. Worship and faith development are open to everyone who seeks a place to praise and thank God, and to listen and respond to His Word. We look forward to meeting you and sharing this time with you.
Feel free to join in whatever activities at St. Luke's you desire. The Sunday Church School activities and our various choirs are opened to all interested persons. If you have children, they are welcome to participate in our various youth and children's programs.

Communion Participation
|
|
All baptized Christians who believe in the real presence of Christ in Holy Communion are welcomed to share in the forgiveness of sins and assurance of eternal life through the Sacrament. Children who do not receive communion are welcomed to come to the altar and receive a blessing.

How to Join
|
If you have not been baptized and are not a member of a church, instruction classes are scheduled periodically to give you the opportunity to study Bible teachings that will prepare you for baptism and church membership.
If you're a member of a church of another denomination, instruction classes are scheduled periodically to give you an opportunity to inquire about what is distinctively Lutheran in the way we confess the Christian faith at St. Luke's.
And if you are a member of another Lutheran Church and would like to be either an associate or full member of St. Luke's Lutheran, associate membership or letter of transfer can be arranged with your previous congregation.
