A prayer group sponsored by the Women of the ELCA that offers prayer support for members and friends in need. Illness, death, birth, celebrations and sorrows are shared in prayer.

WELCA is a community of Women created in the image of God, called to discipleship in Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts, support one another in our callings, engage in ministry and action and promote healing and wholeness in the church, the society and the world.

WELCA provides a wide variety of fellowship, servant, and learning programs. Participants study God's Word and reach out to others through activity days and special projects.

Women's Bible Study: Four circles meet monthly to study scripture and share in fellowship:

Mary Circle meets the 2nd Tuesday at 10 a.m.

Rebekah Circle the 2nd Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

Ruth Circle meets the 2nd Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.

Sarah Circle meets the 2nd Saturday at 9 a.m.

The third Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. the Booksome Ladies meet to discuss a book. Check the online St. Luke's newsletter to see this month's title. Even if you haven't read the book come anyway and enjoy the discussion. All are invited!
